We believe if we have more we are more, if we can be what the boss wants, what the partner wants, we will be a better person!  You are seeking what cannot be found this way. Let me help you find your way back to you. Bringing you to the most rewarding life you can imagine.

I assist and support your life change holistically. I am focused on your growth and empowerment. Working with you to enable you to the change your life. Often alone we don’t know where to begin. Let me guide and open up your inner knowing, intuition and empower you to see your path and guide you to in creating a life you will fall in love with.

I have travelled many paths, some of them destructive and mindless, others have led me to meditation and mindfulness. But all have led me to where I am now, I am happier than I have ever been, my relationships are more fulfilling to both myself and others. I am more compassionate with myself and others.

I had to muddle through seeking here and there, to get to where I am, you have the benefit of my experience to help guide you through these steps to the life you love.

 

The workshops can be ongoing and/or over the weekend retreat option.

Followed by weekly, bi-weekly or monthly visits to suit your needs.

 

Weekend retreat option

Day 1

Start the day with a light Qigong energy exercise to balance your energy, a perfect way to start the day, followed by intuitive coaching and meditation. Look into the way you view yourself and the world around you, begin to recognising behavior patterns and develop a strategy for improving your now and your future.

The beneficial information that comes through as a result of the following treatments can be very subtle yet profound, we will work together to achieve greater understanding and awareness of who you are and how you can get from where you are now to where you want to be.

Day 2

Ayurvedic Indian head massage, Reiki, Intuitive coaching, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation. Reconnecting, awakening to your true self.

Weekend retreat option

Saturday 10.00 am to 4.00 pm

Sunday 10.00 am to 4.00 pm finish and departure.

Includes lunch on Saturday day of arrival, and if staying over an evening meal, breakfast on Sunday morning and a light lunch.  All food is organic and vegan. Also I do have a short haired dog, she is very friendly. She has her place in the home, and will not disturb your time .
